Thank you for choosing Repair Circle for your phone repair needs. By utilizing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Services Provided
- Repair Circle offers repair services for various phone models, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and other hardware and software repairs.
- Our technicians will assess and diagnose issues with your device and provide a repair estimate based on the evaluation.
Warranty
- Repair Circle provides a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor associated with the repair.
- The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship but does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failures due to software issues.
Repair Process
- Once you submit your device for repair, Repair Circle will provide an estimated time frame for completion. While we strive to meet these time frames, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash.
- In the event that the repair is cancelled or the device is not picked up within 30 days of notification, Repair Circle reserves the right to charge a storage fee or dispose of the device.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for backing up all data on their device before submitting it for repair. Repair Circle is not liable for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the repair process.
- Customers must provide accurate information regarding the device’s issues and any relevant history to assist in the repair process.
Limitation of Liability
- Repair Circle’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or service. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
- In the event of a claim, the maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the repair service.
Warranty Claims
- To make a warranty claim, customers must return the repaired device to Repair Circle with proof of the original repair service and warranty claim within the 1-year warranty period.
- Warranty claims are subject to the terms outlined in section 2 and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Repair Circle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at our service location.
